We use a two-stage system: 3D scanning/reverse engineering in the design phase and high-precision CNC machines (±0.002mm) followed by full inspection via a 3-coordinate measuring machine.
Do you support small-batch customization?
Yes, we provide flexible options. For molds, the MOQ is 1 set. For injection-molded parts, the minimum order is 100 pieces.
