The rotorless vulcanization instrument is the most widely used instrument in the rubber processing industry to control the quality of the rubber, rapid inspection and basic research on rubber. It provides accurate data for the optimal formula combination of rubber, and can accurately measure the scorch time, positive vulcanization time, vulcanization Index and parameters such as maximum and minimum torque.

The system includes a host, computer, temperature measurement and control units, data acquisition modules, and electrical interlocks. It features automatic PID parameter modification for rapid and accurate temperature control. The data acquisition system tracks torque signals in real-time, displaying "temperature" and "time-torque" changes clearly on the computer interface.
