XZK linear vibrating screen is a new series of vibrating screens developed according to modern production needs, on the basis of digesting and absorbing international advanced technology. It is designed to realize automatic operation in the assembly line. It is widely used in coal, metallurgy, electric power, building materials and other industries for dry and wet classification, dehydration, desliming, and media removal for medium and fine particle materials.
Driven by double vibrating motors rotating synchronously and reversely, the exciting forces cancel horizontally and overlap vertically. This creates a straight-line motion trajectory. Under the combined action of exciting force and gravity, materials jump forward on the screen surface for efficient grading. It features low energy consumption, high efficiency, and no dust overflow due to its fully enclosed structure.
