Grain Screening Machine Circular Rotary Vibrating Sieve Screen
The rotary vibrating screen is designed as a high-precision screening machinery. It consists of an upper cover, a screen box, a base, and a vertical motor with eccentric weights installed at both ends. By adjusting the phase angle of the weights, the machine can produce horizontal, vertical, and inclined motions. Diameters range from 400mm to 2000mm, with options for carbon steel or stainless steel construction.


Working Principle: The vibration is generated by eccentric weights. The upper weight creates vibration in the horizontal plane, moving material across the screen to the periphery. The lower weight acts to tilt the machine, adding vertical and tangential motion. Material trajectories are fully adjustable.
