Scissors gold pvd vacuum coating equipment system
This series equipment is designed for hard and super hard protective coatings on cutting tools and mould. It equipped with a plurality of circular ARC cathode evaporation source, through the double pulse arc controllable magnetic field technology (PMA II) to deposit high performance hard film on all kinds of tools, molds and other pieces of structure components.
Main coating composition: Tin, Crn, ALTIN, ALCrn, TiCN, TIAlCrN, TiAlSin, hard film, multilayer coating, Garded coating, Nano coating.
Complete turn-key coating systems including necessary peripheral equipment: pretreatment (blasting, microblasting, de-coating), ultrasonic cleaning, coating, post treatment (wet blasting), and OQC.
