The IBR-BVDV Ab Combo Test is based on sandwich lateral flow immunochromatographic assay. The test device has a testing window with an invisible T (test) zone and a C (control) zone. When the sample is applied, the liquid flows laterally and reacts with pre-coated IBR or BVDV antigens. If antibodies are present, a visible T line appears. The C line serves as a valid procedural control.
