Intelligent Queue System - Read patient ID, analyze LIS/HIS information, and generate queues according to patient's priority.

The queuing system realizes seamless interfacing with the hospital LIS, reads the information of patients and doctors' orders on the patient ID card, checks the items of examination, confirms the payment and make it enter the queue sequence. The patient waits in the waiting area for the blood collection window to call for the blood collection. The system can solve the problems of disordered queuing, unbalanced workload of blood collection nurses, and noisy environments. The system comprises a queuing device, a large display screen for the waiting room, a calling number software for the blood collection window and a voice broadcasting system.
