🔬 Product Description

The Poultry Infectious bursal disease Virus Antigen Rapid Test is a sandwich lateral flow immunochromatographic method for the qualitative detection of infectious bursal disease virus (IBDV Ag) in poultry secretions.

Detection time: 5-10 minutes.

🧪 Test Procedure
Step 1: Insert a swab into the cloaca or bursa of Fabricius to collect secretions from the chicken. Wet the cotton swab thoroughly.
Step 2: Insert wet cotton swab into the provided test buffer tube. Stir to ensure that the sample is fully extracted.
Step 3: Remove tape from aluminum foil bag and place horizontally.
Step 4: Drip 3 drops of sample extract into the sample well gradually.
Step 5: Explain the results in 5-10 minutes. The result after 10 minutes was invalid.

The kit can be stored at room temperature (2-30°C). The test kit is stable through the expiration date (18 months) marked on the package label. DO NOT FREEZE. Do not store the test kit in direct sunlight.
