XZK linear vibrating screen is a new series of vibrating screens developed according to high-standard production needs, absorbing advanced technology to realize automatic operation in assembly lines. It is widely used in coal, metallurgy, electric power, building materials, and other industries for dry and wet classification, dehydration, desliming, and media removal for medium and fine particle materials.
The XZK linear vibrating screen is driven by double vibrating motors. When the two motors rotate synchronously and reversely, the exciting forces cancel each other in the direction parallel to the motor axis and overlap into a resultant force in the direction perpendicular to the motor axis, creating a straight-line motion trajectory. The material is thrown on the screen surface in a jumping motion, achieving efficient screening and grading.
