2.1 Indications: For the treatment of bacterial infections caused by florfenicol-sensitive pathogens:
Route: Oral administration via drinking water or direct drenching. Dose: 20-40 mg per kg BW daily for 3-5 days.

Mechanism: Florfenicol binds to the 50S subunit of bacterial ribosomes, inhibiting protein synthesis. Active against Gram-positive, Gram-negative, and anaerobic bacteria.
